Before you get started, you will want to have the following information ready:

• Two forms of identification one of which must be a valid, government-issued photo I.D. for all applicants & occupants 18 years of age and older
• Your current and past address & employment information
• Your personal contact information including phone number and email address
• There is an application processing fee that may vary in amount, depending on the particular community, but will not exceed $50 per applicant

**A separate application must be submitted for each person 18 years and over
